The Montage Beverly Hills was the first hotel and residence in South California and one of the few in the world to receive, in April 2009, the LEED certificate (Leadership Energy and Environmental Design), by the US Green Building Council as a facility with low environmental impact.
Myrtha Pools built all the pools at the Montage Resort&Residence: an outdoor pool 13x5m and four smaller pools filled with mineral water, all 1m deep and respectively 5x2m, 6x4m, 4x5m and 3x2m wide.
